I worked with Jepro Oy as a project planner and operations consultant, supporting their development of insect farming technologies. My main responsibilities included mapping the facility layout, defining production processes, and designing workflows for scaling operations.
I also helped scope and plan a custom ERP system to manage the full insect farming cycle, from breeding to processing, ensuring the system aligned with real-world constraints and operational goals.
