Here are my lessons, principles, and mental models that have most shaped how I think, build, and live. I revisit and revise them regularly, they’re not fixed truths, but tools I use to live better life:
Live today. Don’t stay stuck in the past or postpone life for the future. “One day” will never come.
Life is a journey toward discovering yourself. Don’t try to be someone else. Be you.
Be curious about what’s around you. Judgment and bias limit your growth.
Focus is everything. Don’t try to chase two rabbits at the same time.
Clarity comes after action, not before. Movement clears the mind better than thinking does.
If you feel bad — drink two glasses of water and do 15 sit-ups. Always start with the body.
Better a small action today than a big action tomorrow.
Writing is one of the best tools to clear your mind. Use it often.
Your energy is key. Track what drains it and what restores it.
You never know what’s going to happen tomorrow. Have a plan, but act today.
Everything you’re looking for lies on the other side of the actions you’re avoiding.
It doesn’t matter how much you know if you’re not turning it into action.
Start with a system. Improve it as you go.
Be around people where the desired behavior is the default behavior.
Work with people who energize you. It compounds fast.
Kill perfectionist in yourself. Ship early. Feedback teaches faster than planning.
Create space for everyone to speak. The best ideas often come from unexpected places — but only if they’re invited.
