Insecterra
A circular agtech company using AI and automation to turn organic waste into insect-based protein.
I co-founded and led Insecterra, where we built an AI-augmented production system that transforms food waste into sustainable insect protein for animal feed and pet food. I led the design of our pilot facility, product development, and day-to-day operations.
We engineered and tested end-to-end systems, from breeding and incubation to larval growth and processing,using data and automation to maximize efficiency and yield.
In parallel, we also began developing an AI-powered smart farming platform to monitor and optimize key production parameters, bringing real-time insights to insect farming operations.
